Greenlee County Treasurer
The Treasurer page links online tax payment, account search, tax lien resources, tax rates, and reports. Treasurer Web lists Diane Berube, mailing address, phone, fax, and warns that data is believed accurate and dependable but has no express or implied warranty; taxable values are for assessment purposes only and may not reflect current market value. The FAQ says tax amounts can be obtained by phone or the Treasurer website, gives due dates and delinquency timing, and says delinquent tax liens may be sold without giving a purchaser possession rights. Paydici says property-tax payments require the account number/ID from the tax notice and investor payments cannot be processed through the online tax portal.
