Statewide, not per county. The Judiciary says eCourt Kōkua information 'does not comprise all information from court records available to the public' and that certified records are available in paper at each courthouse. Its case-type list names circuit court civil cases, and its case-ID table has a group headed 'Estate and Probate Case in Circuit Court Examples'; a case ID's first digit names the circuit (2 for the Second Circuit). Whether a given probate case's documents can be viewed online was not tested. Document purchases are paid and non-refundable per the Judiciary's page. The application itself is session-based, so only the Judiciary's information pages are stored.
