Note: The Pike County Circuit Clerk's posted civil filing-fee schedule (marked effective July 1, 2019 and posted on the county website in November 2025) lists Probate (PR) at $356.00, with estate claim filing fees of $25 ($150 to $500), $40 ($501 to $10,000), and $60 ($10,001 and over).
