Case Search

Use the county case-search tool when you need live docket or estate-case status information. Search results may not include every probate record.

New Hampshire runs ONE statewide Case Access Portal for all ten probate divisions; there is no per-county docket search. The Judicial Branch describes its coverage in its own words: the portal "provides remote access to non-domestic violence Superior Court criminal and civil cases and, separately, Circuit Court non-confidential, e-filed case types (civil, small claims, name change, and estates)". Estate cases are therefore reachable only where they were E-FILED and are not confidential, registration and sign-in are required, and paper estate files (everything filed before the Probate Division moved to e-filing in 2017) are not in it. For a name search across the trial courts the Judicial Branch's Central Processing Center runs a paid records check, on form NHJB-2941-P for probate estate administration records, at $6.50 per name per court under Rule 169(VI). The portal is a lookup surface only: not a complete probate index, not a certified record, and not a substitute for contacting the circuit court clerk.
