OREGON RUNS ONE STATEWIDE PUBLIC CASE SEARCH for all 36 circuit courts and the Tax Court, so there is no separate Yamhill County search to find. It is free and the portal's own text says sign-in and registration are not required to search. Read its limits before relying on it: the portal states that what it displays is NOT the official ORS 7.020 register and should not be used for background checks, and the Oregon Judicial Department says adoption, juvenile, mental health and Violence Against Women Act cases are withheld from it entirely. The full official register for non-confidential cases is on the public terminals at the courthouse, or through the paid OJCIN OnLine subscription. One technical note for anyone scripting against it: the host answers HTTP 403 to a plain non-browser request and 200 to an ordinary browser.
