Lebanon County grant-of-letters (probate) fees are graduated on total assets: $50 (not over $5,000), $75 ($5,001 to $10,000), $100 ($10,001 to $20,000), $125 ($20,001 to $30,000), $150 ($30,001 to $50,000), $200 ($50,001 to $75,000), $250 ($75,001 to $100,000), plus $100 for each additional $100,000 (litigation or life-insurance-only letters are $40). A $40.25 JCS fee and a $19.75 automation fee apply. Probate without letters is $40, a small estate affidavit is $50, and a short certificate is $5. Confirm current amounts on the county fee schedule.
