Pawtucket Probate Court Guide
Municipal probate court of the city of Pawtucket, one of the 39 city and town probate courts that R.I. Gen. Laws § 8-9-9 gives jurisdiction 'in the town or city in which it is established'. An appeal from its order or decree goes to the Superior Court for Providence County under § 33-23-1.
