UTAH RUNS ONE STATEWIDE CASE SEARCH FOR ALL DISTRICT COURTS, so there is no separate Rich County search to find, and Xchange covers this county's probate cases. It is a PAID SUBSCRIPTION service, not a free public lookup, and it requires an account: the URL stored here is the courts' own information page rather than the login, because a login page is not a record. Read its limits before relying on it. It shows summary case information entered into CORIS by court staff, not the documents themselves, and images of public district court documents are sold separately. Coverage begins when each court started using CORIS, which for most district courts was by the end of 1998. Records not open to public inspection are not shown, and Utah Code of Judicial Administration rule 4-202.02 made records in guardianship and conservatorship actions private as of April 1, 2012, although the case history with minute entries of public hearings, judgments, orders and decrees, and letters of appointment stay public unless a judge orders otherwise. Copies of filed documents come from the clerk of the court where the case sits.
