Xchange is the Utah judiciary's statewide repository of district court and justice court case information, drawn from the CORIS case management system, and it covers Sanpete County along with the rest of the state. There is no free public case lookup: a one-time or guest account costs $10.00 up front with searches at $0.35 each and documents at $1.00 each, and a monthly subscription costs $25.00 to set up and $40.00 a month for up to 500 searches. Coverage is not complete. Information is complete only from the date each court began using CORIS, which for most district courts was the end of 1998, and records not open to public inspection are not displayed. Utah Code of Judicial Administration Rule 4-202.02 makes records in guardianship and conservatorship actions private, among others, although the case history, judgments, orders and decrees and letters of appointment remain public unless a judge orders otherwise.
