Use the county case-search tool when you need live docket or estate-case status information. Search results may not include every probate record.

Washington runs ONE statewide public case-search application for all 39 county superior courts; there is no per-county docket search. The Administrative Office of the Courts describes it in its own words as 'a search engine for cases filed in the municipal, district, superior, and appellate courts of the state of Washington' whose 'search results can point you to the official or complete court record'. IT IS EXPLICITLY NOT COMPLETE, and the site says so: 'Some case information may not display correctly at this time, including dockets, judgments, or document links. Case status shown on this site may also be inaccurate. For complete and up to date records, please contact the court of record directly or use available systems such as Odyssey Portal, re:Search, or JIS Link.' The same page names Odyssey Portal as the most up-to-date source for this county's superior court. The Odyssey Portal URL is deliberately NOT stored here: it returned HTTP 403 to a plain request on 2026-08-07, so it could not be content-verified and a stored link would be unreliable. Absence of a case from the public search is not evidence the case does not exist; ask the county clerk.
