Nebraska runs ONE statewide case search for the trial courts and it covers probate cases in all 93 county and district courts, so a McPherson County estate appears there rather than on a county-run portal. IT IS NOT FREE. The portal states "This service is $17 per search" and "Searches with no results still require payment." Coverage is incomplete in three published ways: there is a 24 hour lag between a case being entered and appearing, each court has its own installation date before which nothing is available, and document images exist only for filings made after April 16, 2008.
