Local Rules

  • Rule 8.1 – Appointed Counsel: Attorneys must submit written requests with certificates of good standing and proof of continuing education by December 31st annually
  • Rule 11.1 – Record of Proceedings: Court records all hearings electronically; transcripts at requester's expense
  • Rule 51.1 & 52.1 – Standard Probate Forms are mandatory; computer-generated alternatives must match exact format
  • Rule 53.1 – Court hours 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM weekdays, closed Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays
  • Rule 57.1 – All motions require supporting memoranda with authority citations and proof of service
