Local Rules
- Court hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday (Local Rule 53)
- All filings must be 8.5" x 11" paper, 10–12 point font, blue or black ink only (Local Rule 57)
- E-filing available 24/7 but reviewed only during business hours (Local Rule 57.1)
- Documents must be in PDF format with typed or electronic signatures

- Estate attorney fees: 4.5% on first $100,000; 3.5% on $100,000–$400,000; 2.5% over $400,000 for ordinary services (Local Rule 71.1)
