- Electronic filing permitted via facsimile, email, or electronic filing system with PDF format and electronic signatures with audit-trail capability
- Final accounts due six months after fiduciary appointment (Loc. R. 64.5(1))
- Judgment entries filed within 30 days of decision
- Guardian training: six-hour fundamentals course required before or within six months of appointment; three-hour annual continuing education required

- Attorney fees prima facie reasonable: 4% on first $75,000; 3% on next $275,000; 2% thereafter (personal property); 2% for real estate transfers without sale
- Guardianship requires quarterly ward visits; address changes reported within 10 days
