  • Standard probate forms from Supreme Court of Ohio are accepted statewide
  • Local Rule 57.5 governs electronic transmission (e-filing) with required cover pages (Appendix I)
  • E-filing via email to [email protected] in PDF format (Proposed Orders in Word format)
  • E-filing cannot be used for initial pleadings to commence proceedings
  • Each email transmission limited to one case only; case number must be in subject line
  • Local Rule 45.1 requires omission of personal identifiers before filing
  • Local Rule 58.1 requires cost deposits with specific amounts by case type (Appendix A)
