Note: Oklahoma court filing fees are flat statewide amounts set by Okla. Stat. tit. 28, § 152; there is no probate tax and no value-based probate filing fee, and § 152(A) makes these the only court-cost charge except as otherwise specifically provided by law. The probate and guardianship petition fee is $135.00 under § 152(A)(3). Mandatory statutory add-ons are collected with it: $6.00 for the law library fund (§ 152(B)), $25.00 for the Oklahoma Court Information System (§ 152(C)), $10.00 for the Oklahoma Court Appointed Special Advocates fund (§ 152(D)), $2.00 for the Council on Judicial Complaints and interpreter program (§ 152(E)), and a $10.00 court clerk records management fee collected until November 1, 2027 (§ 152(G)), plus a courthouse security assessment of up to $10.00 in a county whose board of county commissioners has adopted one (§ 152(F)) and the $7.00 dispute resolution cost that 12 O.S. § 1809 assesses in civil cases. The amount collected at the counter is therefore higher than the bare $135.00; confirm the exact total with the court clerk before filing. A proceeding for sale or lease of property in a probate is $43.00 (§ 152(A)(5)) and a proceeding to revoke the probate of a will is $43.00 (§ 152(A)(6)). Court clerk per-service fees are set by Okla. Stat. tit. 28, § 31: copies are $1.00 for the first page and $0.50 for each additional page, certification is $0.50 per instrument, and authentication is $5.00. The § 58-393 small estate affidavit is never filed with the court, so it has no filing fee. A summary administration petition takes the same § 152(A)(3) probate filing fee as a regular probate.
